Chocolate Coconut Oat Balls (10 – 12)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ tbsp Robertson cinnamon spice
  • shredded coconut
  • 4 tablespoon coacoa powder


DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl - combine the oats, mayonnaise and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir in the condensed milk until everything is combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll into cutesy balls then coat the balls in the shredded coconut.
  4. Place in the fridge on a baking paper or airtight container for at least an hour.
